Also, as a little anecdote, I asked my 9th grade student--lets call her "Julie"--if I could put a question she asked me on my blog, so all my friends could make fun of her. She said ok. Here's what she asked me in class yesterday, "Is Utah a state or a country? I always get that mixed up!" Ok, how is that possible?

I'm coming! I hope it's very informative and I hope that if I ask a stupid question it won't make it to your blog. Unbelievable! But in her defense Utah is both...a state and county. But if she can't comprehend "states", I wouldn't even try to explain county's within each state.
I hope that you got my e-mail. I want to come too! I can't believe how close your school is to my house! You should look for a place to live in our neighborhood.
